All orders are shipped from distribution center located in the United States of America at 13280 SW 131st Street, Suite 111, Miami, Florida 33186. Due to all orders being shipped from this location in the USA, we cannot guarantee international shipping arrival dates as we have no control over the destination customs rules, timing, or processes.
All orders will be shipped on a “Business Day” which is a day other than Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. Even though orders can be placed at any time and on any day of the week when shopping online, your order will be processed within our Business Hours and days of operation. Business Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Your order can be shipped by FedEx or USPS (United States Postal Service); you will be provided with a tracking number once shipped. Please follow the checkout process to see offered shipping methods (level of service) and associated charge upon selecting a method. Shipping charges are determined and based on the shipping destination. The shipping charge displayed on your order DOES NOT INCLUDE any customs, duties, or brokerage and import fees; if such charges apply, the customer / recipient is solely responsible for these fees. Please contact your local customs office, if so desired, for an estimate of these fees before placing your order. Also to determine any additional fees or shipping limitations associated with your shipping destination, please review each country’s import / export compliance policies.

Please note that FedEx WILL NOT SHIP to a PO Box address; we must use a Postal Service such as USPS for such a request. If your order must ship to a PO Box address, please select your USPS level of service or you can contact Big Blue Ocean Marine directly by phone, email, or mail with your order request and an associate will be pleased to help you with your order. Standard FedEx Ground service provides cost-effective delivery within Canada and the U.S. This can range from 3 to 7 business days for standard levels of service; depending on the delivery destination their can also be quicker levels of service to select from at time of checkout. USPS (United States Postal Service) options also have various levels of service to choose from if applicable to your destination.
