The CD Series of Close Coupled Centrifugal pump by Price Pump are used across Marine, Industrial, and Agricultural applications for chemical systems, solvents, wastewater, air-conditioning and refrigeration. Mounting to a NEMA 56C standard motor for single phase or three phase installations with multiple head materials to handle most varieties of fluids. Head material choices are Naval Bronze (AB), Cast Iron (AI), 316 Stainless Steel (SS) and mixes between them. Fluorocarbon Seals are standard, with optional double seals or Type 9 PTFE seal. Standard Units are horizontal installation but there is s vertical mount (CD-V) unit available for special applications.
The CD series pumps are built to handle large multi-unit systems or single systems with high discharge requirements or remote installations. Installation requires a flooded setup; pump is NOT self-priming. Please see the XT series for even larger flow volumes or remote head requirements.
The full impeller diameter is 4.94” with the flow chart below assuming this setup for the flow & head indicated. Please check your specific-gravity and flow requirements in the specification sheets at the bottom if choosing an available impeller TRIM.
