MATE / MARCO built flexible impeller pumps are designed for cost-efficiency and reduced maintenance with a nickle-plated brass body, waterproof cable guide and internal brush holders with an EMI filter. DC Voltage models are self-priming to 5 feet, while the AC voltage models are self-priming to 9 feet. These units are built to handle all bilge, waste water and ballast duties regardless of vessel.
The UP1 series is NOT suitable for flammable liquids, Big Blue Ocean marine also carries the UP2/UP3/UP6 Series of pumps for fuels or oils. Viton (FKM) impellers are standard, but nitrile impellers are available.
